Rev. Jermine D. Alberty

Rev. Jermine D. Alberty, M. Div. is the Executive Director of Pathways to Promise and principal consultant of SALT Initiative. He is National Trainer of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) a program to help the public identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. He has more than 25 years of experience in human service-oriented positions within non-profits and churches in Kansas City, Columbia and St. Louis, Missouri. He has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years and is the co-author of the book Bottled up Inside: African American Teens & Depression.
